Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2026

1. Our commitment

Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd. is committed to making the Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd. platform perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with disabilities. We strive to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where technically feasible for our web experiences.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we continuously improve our product, content, and processes with input from users and standards bodies.

2. Accessibility features we currently support

  • Keyboard navigation: core flows are designed to be usable without a mouse where we control the UI; focus order and interactive controls support standard keyboard patterns.
  • Screen reader support: we use semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate so that common screen readers can interpret pages, landmarks, forms, and status messages.
  • High contrast support: the interface is tested for contrast in our default theme; we respect system settings such as reduced motion where implemented in the product.
  • Skip navigation: where skip links are provided, they allow moving past repeated content to main regions.
  • Focus indicators: visible focus styles are applied for keyboard users (for example, focus-visible outlines and focus rings on form controls).
  • Semantic HTML: headings, lists, labels, buttons, and regions are used to convey structure and purpose to assistive technologies.

3. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some areas of the platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Examples may include:

  • Third-party embedded content or integrations that we do not fully control;
  • Legacy screens or rarely used admin paths undergoing phased remediation;
  • Rich media, charts, or dynamic widgets where alternative formats or captions may be incomplete;
  • Assessment experiences that rely on timed interaction or camera capture, which may require accommodations.

If you encounter a barrier, please contact us using the details below so we can prioritize a fix or provide an accommodation.

4. How to request accommodations

If you need a reasonable modification to how you access Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd. (including extended time, alternative formats, or assistive technology considerations), email [email protected]. Include a description of the barrier, the page or workflow affected, your preferred contact method, and any deadlines (for example, an upcoming assessment window).

Where Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd. acts on behalf of an employer or institution, we may coordinate with that organization to fulfill accommodation requests consistent with law and contract.

5. Assessment accommodations

For assessments and certifications hosted on Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd., common accommodations may include:

  • Extra time: extended timers or breaks where configured by the organization or approved through our accessibility channel.
  • Camera alternatives: where proctoring applies, alternatives may be available depending on policy of the inviting organization and regulatory requirements.
  • Assistive technology compatibility: we aim for compatibility with common browsers, OS accessibility settings, screen readers, and keyboard-only use; report specific combinations that fail so we can investigate.

Final eligibility for accommodations in hiring or certification contexts may be determined by the controller organization (for example, your employer or credentialing body) in line with applicable law.

6. Feedback and contact information

We welcome feedback on accessibility. Reach us at [email protected]. For privacy-related inquiries, see our Privacy Policy.

General inquiries: Contact page.

7. Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines define three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA. Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd. partially conforms with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning some content may not yet meet every success criterion. We document known limitations above and remediate on a prioritized basis.

This statement applies to the Cognaium AI Pvt. Ltd. web application and public marketing pages under our control at the date shown at the top of this page.

8. Assessment and evaluation methodology

We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated checks (for example, linting and browser-based rules engines), manual review of representative flows (authentication, dashboards, assessments, and public pages), keyboard-only traversal, and spot testing with screen readers. Findings are triaged and tracked for remediation.

Formal third-party audits may be conducted periodically; this page will be updated when material changes occur.

9. Standards

Our accessibility work references and aligns where practicable with:

  • WCAG 2.2 Level AA
  • Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (via aligned technical requirements for web and software)
  • EN 301 549 (European accessibility requirements for ICT products and services)
