Mayank Trivedi is a visionary leader and seasoned technocrat with over 30 years of founding and scaling healthcare technology companies. As the Executive Chairman of Cognaium, he brings an exceptional track record of building world-class teams, achieving regulatory milestones, and transforming healthcare through strategic leadership, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Mayank founded Sysware Healthcare Systems in 1990, growing it to 150+ employees across 3 countries with $15M in annual revenue. Under his leadership, Sysware achieved FDA 510(k) clearance in a record 12 months — versus the industry average of 4–5 years — and secured ISO certifications on first submission. The company was successfully acquired by Eclipsys Corporation (now part of Allscripts).

As President of Eclipsys India (2006–2008), he scaled operations from a startup to over 700 employees, led Global Delivery Management, and created disciplined processes for multi-shore operations across the USA, India, and Canada. He then founded Indralok Technologies (2008–2014), pioneering location-aware healthcare solutions with the AwareCare enterprise platform, serving as an executive team member at the RFID in Healthcare Consortium, and co-authoring a HIMSS publication on RFID technology.

Currently serving as the President & CEO of myOnsite Healthcare, Mayank leads the strategic integration of Cognaium within the broader MedinovAI ecosystem. His leadership philosophy centers on three pillars: Innovation with Purpose, Operational Excellence, and Global Team Building. He has successfully negotiated strategic partnerships with industry leaders including Philips Medical Systems, and remains dedicated to mentoring the next generation of healthcare technology leaders.

Mr. Bharat Mehta is a seasoned HR leader with over four decades of experience across leading Indian and multinational organizations. With academic qualifications in HR & Social Sciences, Law, and Commerce from MS University, he brings a rare blend of strategic people leadership, general management, and social commitment to Cognaium.

His illustrious career includes senior leadership roles such as Director–HR at Allscripts India, Head–HR at Medtronic (Southeast Asia), GM–Corporate HR at Mafatlal Industries, and COO at Talent Anywhere. He is widely respected for CXO-level talent acquisition, organizational structuring, and HR transformation.

Beyond corporate leadership, Mr. Mehta is deeply committed to societal well-being, serving as Chairperson of Friends Society and leading impactful CSR initiatives like rebuilding schools and supporting community health. His people-centric leadership and extensive professional network continue to inspire our commitment to organizational excellence and social responsibility.
